Yealink Teams Rooms is a conference system specifically designed for Microsoft Teams meetings. Yealink Teams Rooms includes a remote control to adjust Yealink Teams Rooms devices for a smooth conference call experience. Both the remote control and touch panel controller can control Yealink Teams Rooms devices. This article includes an overview of Yealink Teams Rooms remote control.


Overview

  1. Microphone Mute
    Press the mute button to mute all microphones.

  2. Camera Tilt (Up / Down Arrows)
    Press the up and down arrow buttons to adjust the camera vertically.

  3. Camera Zoom (Scroll Wheel)
    Use the scroll wheel to zoom in and out of the camera.

  4. Camera Pan (Left / Right Arrows)
    Press the left and right arrow buttons to adjust the camera horizontally.

  5. Hold Call
    Press the hold call button to put the conference call on hold.

  6. End Call
    Press the end call button to end the conference call.

  7. Volume Control
    Use the + and - buttons to control speaker volume.

Point the remote control to a camera, then press the desired button. 


Troubleshoot

To troubleshoot the remote control, follow the suggestions below.

  • Confirm batteries are properly installed in the remote control.
  • Replace old batteries with new batteries.
  • Point the remote to a Yealink camera, then press on the desired button.
