Purely Cloud Desktop application allows users to use multiple displays. When more than two displays are available to users, Purely Cloud recommends users to use either one display or all available displays.
If only a few displays are selected for use on Purely Cloud Desktop, Purely Cloud Desktop application will extend across the displays selected, and this may present an incorrect desktop size on some or all of Purely Cloud Desktop screens. The developers are currently adding a feature to properly size the displays when more than one but not all displays are selected.
For example, if a user has three displays available but only selects two of the three displays for Purely Cloud Desktop, then Purely Cloud Desktop application will extend across the two displays selected. In this case because not all available monitors are selected, users may experience incorrect desktop size on some or all Purely Cloud Desktop screens.
Example Behaviors
Users may encounter undesired behaviors when the desktop is extended across more than one but not all displays.
Misalignment of the desktop background
Purely Cloud Desktop background will be misaligned due to the size distortion.
Start menu or icons not visible
The Start menu or some icons may not be visible due to size distortion in Purely Cloud Desktop.
Inactive keyboard shortcuts
The Windows key and Volume Control keys will not function in the extended Purely Cloud Desktop application. These keyboard shortcuts will activate in the local computer instead of Purely Cloud Desktop.
