The recommended web browser for this environment is Google Chrome.

Recommended Purely Cloud Desktop Access

For optimal user experience, use the desktop application to access Purely Cloud Desktop (Reference: Purely Cloud Desktop via Desktop Application). Purely Cloud does not recommend web browser as the default access. Use the web browser option only as necessary or for convenience.

Sign in

Step 1: Visit Purely Cloud Desktop Link

Click on the Purely Cloud Desktop link: https://desktop.purelycloud.com/ 

Step 2: Enter Sign-in Credentials

Enter the full email address and password then click Login. To request sign-in credential information, contact [email protected].

Step 3: Select HTML5

Click HTML5 to proceed to the desktop.

Confirmation

Connection to Purely Cloud Desktop is now successful.
