Users can change the Purely Cloud Desktop passwords in the desktop application. The password change feature is not available on the web browser version. When users forget the password, users should contact Purely Cloud Support at [email protected]. This article contains instructions on how to change a password for Purely Cloud Desktop application.
Step 1: Launch Hive Fabric Client
Launch the Purely Cloud Desktop by clicking on Hive Fabric Client icon.
Step 2: Sign in
Enter the full email address and password, then click Login.
Step 3: Keyboard command
Once signed in, select the keys CTRL+ALT+END. When the option menu displays, click on Change a password. All keys must be held at the same time for the command to register. Users can strike each key at different times but continue holding each key until all three keys are pressed simultaneously.
On most laptop keyboards, the END key is shared with another key. Depending on the laptop's function key settings, users may need to press the Function (FN) key in order to activate the END key.

Step 4: Change Password
In the Change a password prompt, fill in the text fields.
- Enter the old (current) password
- Enter the new password
- Enter the new password again to confirm
- Press ENTER on the keyboard or click on the arrow → on the far right end of last text field.
Confirmation
If the change was successful, the following message will display. Click OK. Password change is complete.
If the change was not successful, repeat steps 3 to 5. Avoid typos while entering old and new passwords.
