Users can request items (i.e. software licenses) through support.purelycloud.com. After receiving the request, Purely Cloud's support professionals will send a notification to the requestor's manager for an approval. See below for manager's instructions on how to approve or reject the requested items.
In order to approve or reject the requested items, managers will need to use a unique approve or reject link provided for them.
This link can be accessed in two ways: an approval email or Purely Cloud's support home page.
- Managers will receive a Request for Approval email sent by Purely Cloud's support professionals. The email will contain a brief description and an approve or reject link for the requested items.
Managers can also join the conversation regarding the request by clicking on Proceed to view the complete request below the approve or reject link.
- Another method to access the approval or reject link is through Purely Cloud's support home page at support.purelycloud.com.
Click on the Pending Approvals to view and approve/reject the requested items.
- On the Confirm Approval page, click on either Approve or Reject buttons on the top-right of the page.
Approval or rejection reasonings can also be added after clicking the buttons.
